This quote gave me a chuckle, but it's so true!
'Enjoy life. There's plenty of time to be dead.' -Hans Christian Andersen
We get so caught up with the busyness of this time of year and forget to notice the beauty around us.
I have a few ideas to help you get through what can be a stressful season:
1. Take a few deep breaths and do some stretching.
2. Notice - I mean really notice - beauty around you. Pay attention to that silvery, frosty morning and be thankful that you get to see it.
3. Play your favorite Christmas music. In the car or at home while doing chores, and play it loud! I promise it'll give you a burst of energy.
4. Make a list of what you want to get done. Then, go back over that list and highlight the tasks that must get done. Start with those, and if you still have energy, work on the rest of your list.
I hope my little list of four ways to help you enjoy the holiday season helps in some small way. It truly is a beautiful time of year!
