My Hubby brought home tulips the other day. It's been such a mild winter here, that it fooled me into thinking that Spring was just around the corner. Ha! It snowed that night. Reality check - it is just the beginning of February. Oh well.
I set the tulips out in the snow and snapped a few photos. I love to practice with my camera every chance I get.
Then I went back to work in my sewing room. I don't think it's a coincidence that I pulled pretty pinks from my stash to work with.
The pink in these fabrics that I used for some new Sunglass Pouches almost perfectly match the color of those tulips.
I know we've really lucked out not having the extreme winter that most of the country has had, but I do hope we get a little bit more snow before winter ends.
For now, I'll enjoy my pink tulips and stay warm in my sewing room making more fun stuff!
